Organisational learning, real-time documentation and on-site analysis — towards intelligent organisations: a case study on team sport

In this paper, we will demonstrate a sport-specific case of real-time documentation and on-site analysis (RoSAsystem), which we have developed. A key feature of RoSA-system is that it is based on cloud computing and software as a service application. In the sports case, RoSA-system provides real-time facts for the player in his/her personal development. Secondly, it serves the training of coaches. Thirdly, it serves the development of organisations by making them more transparent to all parties. The stakeholders (communities, companies etc.) also benefit from the real-time information drawn from the system as it provides accurate information on where the financial resources are spent.
